Time Trip

Wow, this is really amazing! I am a Pink Floyd fan myself thru my dad, and I can find at least 4 of the references. I am going to critique your work since you have requested for it to be critiqued. I will first look at the positives and then give you some suggestions about how you can make the artwork better. First off---the positives. The first thing I notices was your use of shading. I really like how you used the shading technique with the grass and terrain. It makes it more believable, like real to life. The second thing I noticed was your placement of the characters and objects. I think your composition is really well done. Everything seems to be in balance, no place has little or too much of something. Okay, now I will give you a few suggestions for the next time. My first suggestion would be to add more of a description for the artwork. All I knew was that it was a collage of Pink Floyd songs, but I didn't know about how you came up with the idea or how you created the piece. It would be nice for the audience to see the types of material you used and how you came up with this wonderful piece. The second and last thing would be to possibly work on anatomy. I am going through this process, so I understand how difficult anatomy is. The person in the middle with the guitar shooting out the rainbow---his chest looks a little off. It could be the pose that is throwing me off as well. Overall, a job well done!
